Yue received her PhD degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2016. She joined the team as research associate
in 2019. She is now working on the relationship between nutrition and metabolic diseases from the perspective of the interaction between diet, gut microbiome and human genetic variation, and trying to develop new strategies for disease prevention and health improvement based on personalized nutrition.
Research interests: Prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases, digestive system diseases, development of functional food, construction of personalized nutrition model.
